John Armstrong of Computerworld had a very tricky challenge in trying to move the company from one office to another - and to ensure that the telephony services were delivered on time so the business could function properly.
Pure Comms took control and escalated the request up to the DSO (Directors Services Office) at BT Openreach to try and get their ISDN services installed in time.
Working together with Openreach, the Pure Comms team managed to get all of Computerworld’s services installed, two days earlier than anticipated.
This was all about delivering for the customer on time and we like to think it reflects our values perfectly - we focus entirely on meeting and exceeding the customer’s expectations.

When it came to reviewing their telecoms provider, the management team were keen to select a supplier that provided nothing but the best service and support.
This seems like a pretty natural request for a company of this standing, but Redrock live and die by the telephone and if they cannot make a telephone call they may as well be pouring money down the drain.
We were able to demonstrate that our investment in a direct WLR3 relationship with Openreach could provide a far higher level of integration with the core network. Put simply – if something goes wrong then we can react much faster than BT can to solve the issue.
Our business relationship with Redrock Consulting has been so successful we were even asked to Project Manage their recent office move – resulting in less than a minutes worth of downtime.

International law firm Humphreys & Co. were actually Pure Comms’ first customers.
Having known and dealt with Rob over many years in his previous profession as a Procurement Consultant for Kendrick Jones, they jumped at the chance to work with Pure Comms.

BWOC is the UK’s leading independent fuel supplier and has directly benefitted from Pure Comms’ service.
For example, when BWOC experienced a fault with their telephone system Pure Comms were on-hand to defuse the issue.
The telephone system had failed at 5pm and with a tight schedule of deliveries planned for the next day the issue could have easily ended up costing BWOC money.
But thanks to Pure Comms’ 24-hour service this wasn’t the case. In fact at 6pm they managed to contact Rob Vivian direct and within an hour of logging the fault an engineer was working on the problem and by 9.20pm that evening the lines were back up and working.
The issue was eventually solved by Pure Comms’ Operations Manager Gemma McMillan who logged In to the BT system from home – something which all of the Pure Comms’ team are trained to do.
As BWOC’s Financial Director Steve Corrick explains, had the problem been left to their previous supplier he is not certain it would have been resolved so swiftly: “Would the problem have been sorted so efficiently?
