About PureComms
PureComms was established in 2009 by CEO and entrepreneur Rob Vivian.
His vision was simple: to set up a connectivity provider built around the client that offered world-class service and advanced technology solutions.
Unlike many industry competitors who focus on price-cutting to secure contracts, PureComms places a premium on customer care, ensuring clients receive exceptional support and aftercare should any issues or faults arise.

Since its inception, PureComms has established itself as a leading player in the Business Services industry and built an impressive client list including NSEA, Bunch, Cakesmiths and Mark Templer.
We create sustainable relationships, with many of our clients choosing to work with us not because we are the cheapest provider, but because they recognise the value in the service we deliver. This approach has resulted in a 95% retention rate of customers – something we are very proud of.
