Customer Service Executive

Title: Customer Service Executive

Reports to: Operations: Lead

Based at: PureComms, East End Court Tickenham Rd, Clevedon, Avon, BS21 6QY

This role is to support both the Operational and Sales team within PureComms. supporting with telephone queries, helping customers form resolutions, supporting the sales team with putting quotes together and delivering excellent customer service. This is an entry level position that would suit someone who wants to start their career in an organisation they can develop within.

Role Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Operations, Sales and Technical Support team to deliver excellent customer service
  • Support the sales team to build quotes and send these out to customers
  • Manage relationships between PureComms and the defined account base
  • Maintain knowledge on current and future PureComms products
  • Support the Operations team to manage all customers faults or queries
  • React effectively and in a timely manner to customer/client queries

Key Skills

  • Experience within a customer service environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent typing and IT skills, familiarity with Microsoft Office
  • Working towards specific targets and goals

Working Week: Monday – Friday 8.30 – 17.30
