Title: Office Administrator/Customer Service Coordinator

Reports to: Financial Controller

Based at: PureComms, East End Court Tickenham Rd, Clevedon, Avon, BS21 6QY

The role will involve dealing with clients queries so you need to have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to deal with problems effectively.  An enthusiastic personality and the ability to pay attention to detail is a must.  You will be dealing with billing queries, faults and general other service enquiries, ensuring that all customer queries are dealt with in a timely and professional manner. You will also be expected to build relationships with customers and complete all general administration.

Role Responsibilities

  • Answering incoming phone calls and transfer to the appropriate member of staff
  • Take, distribute and pass on messages
  • Greeting of clients, providing refreshments and directing them to the correct staff member
  • Assisting other members of staff with their day to day office duties Inc. faults and ordering
  • Printing, scanning and copying of documents
  • Maintain office filing and storage systems (both electronic and paper)
  • Typing of company letters & correspondence
  • Co-ordinate and organising appointments and meetings
  • Monitor and maintain office stationary & supplies
  • Organising PC events
  • Ensure that the kitchen & public areas are kept in a clean and tidy state including washing up of guest’s mugs etc.
  • Dealing with client and supplier enquiries via email and telephone

To carry out such other duties which are within the scope of this post, as directed by the Directors.

  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Competent computer skills, including MS Office
  • Internet skills including use of e-mails, messaging and information gathering
  • Good communication and personal presentation skills
  • Good organisation and planning skills
  • Ability to manage and prioritise own workload
  • Be flexible, able to work on own initiative and as part of a team
  • Be both punctual and reliable
  • Previous office experience may be helpful (but not essential)

Working hours are 8:30-5:30 Mon-Friday. Full time preferred but part time will be considered

Salary – £16,000 (pro-rata)
