Children’s Hospice South West: making the most of short and precious lives
Children’s Hospice South West was set up in 1991 by Eddie and Jane Farwell to provide much needed care for children who aren’t expect to survive into adulthood. The charity provides the only hospice care in the South West region for children with life-limiting conditions: conditions that mean these children aren’t expected to lead full lives.
With three hospices across the region, Little Bridge House in North Devon, Charlton Farm in North Somerset and Little Harbour in Cornwall, Children’s Hospice South West is able to provide respite care and support for those brave children and their families who have to cope with incredibly difficult situations.
This inspiring hospice is dedicated to helping families make the most of the short, precious time they have together.
