PureInternet

This is a business grade Broadband connection with the high dependency on connectivity to the internet, online databases, VoIP traffic etc. This is an uncontended service with line offering speeds up to 40GB. Speeds are symmetrical. Download speeds: minimum of 10Mbps, maximum of 100Mbps. Upload speeds: up to 100Mbps.

A full fibre connection all the way from the exchange to your premises, SOGFAST provides a stronger and more consistent connection than SOGEA. We recommend this for businesses looking for a more reliable internet connection.

Part fibre part copper connection, SOGEA is the cheapest internet option and is used by small businesses looking for a better connection than standard household internet. Signal will be affected by usage in your local area and is not as consistent or reliable as other higher-grade solutions.

This is the most common form of broadband used, mostly at home. Delivered over copper pairs from the local exchange to nearby street cabinets, product set-up and rental charges are lower-priced. However, this is not viewed as a ‘business-grade’ solution due to the relatively low upload speeds and the fact that it does not include any Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Download speeds: minimum of 17Mbps, maximum of 19.5Mbps. Upload speeds up to 1.5Mbps.

PureMobility

We provide a completely managed mobile service, meaning you don’t have to worry about managing spend or data usage.

With our SIM only packages you can easily use our SIMs in your own handsets. Choose between our two main carriers, Vodafone and O2, and set your data allowance for yourself and colleagues at the beginning of your contract. We monitor spending and usage throughout your contract and alert you when a user has exceeded their data allowance, providing you with options to cancel or increase their access. You can request reports on company-wide spending, data usage, calls and texts, and narrow down to  a single-person view. We also offer competitive tariff rates for members of staff travelling abroad that can be activated at the click of a button.

Where appropriate we can help you source and finance handsets of your choice to be included in your contract. The cost of handsets is split monthly and enables you to source the latest models for your team in an affordable way.

PureIT

Remote and on-site support for your office IT equipment, software and firmware.

Remote monitoring allows us to fix, update and maintain systems without visiting your premises. Our software is installed onto your office PC’s and through this we can apply patches, update firewall firmware and maintain the systems you use on a daily basis.

We understand that there are common services that are essential to the daily running of your business. As part of your IT support we can install a new server, migrate your business to the cloud, add printers to your network, help with an office move, set up new Office365 users and identify issues remotely.

We source and install all necessary hardware to support your IT systems including routers, access points, POE switches and laptops.
