Pure Comms Managing Director won a prestigious award at a regional business awards event for young business leaders in the South West.
The South West 42 under 42 Awards, organised by Insider Media Limited, honours the region’s innovative young entrepreneurs who are driving business across the area.
The event, which was held on the 7th July in Bristol, saw Rob Vivian, our MD, win the overall ‘Entrepreneur of the Year’ award, recognising Pure Comms’ unique approach to doing business that has resulted in sustained year on year growth of 100%.
How Pure Comms won
Pure Comms won the award due to their significant growth through innovation, their strong commercial performance and unique approach to telecoms supply.
Having previously worked for a variety of other telecoms business, Rob saw that there was a gap in the market for a telecoms provider that built bespoke telecoms packages, centered around the client and their needs. In an industry that was constantly slashing prices and thus quality, Rob took a risk and decided to create a telecoms company that offered real value instead.
With a host of well-renowned clients on their books such as Computerworld, Redrock Consulting and Bonhams, Pure Comms are continuing their stellar growth, and have recently landed a massive contract to supply telecoms packages to 400 Co-Op stores across the UK. All of this shows why our MD was crowned ‘Entrepreneur of the Year’.
